This natural tourmaline crystal section has some very faint inclusions in about 70% of the piece, and about 30% is completely clean. Rather than cutting a smaller completely clean gem, it would also yield a single larger gem of about 3 carats with some very faint inclusions.

It has dark green natural color with some natural color zoning - it has not been heated or treated in any way. This dark green tourmaline appears to be almost black, but when held up to a light the rich green color is visible as shown in about 60% of the piece, and the remaining 40% has somewhat darker "forest green" color that is more brownish-green. Gem Grade Green-Blue Tourmaline Crystal Section
